Perhaps the leopard try to cross the road and in the meantime arrived the cyclist and for taking safety the leopard immediately attack him and flew away from the spot. Offcourse government rules and regulations of the road should be followed by citizens during this flood situation in Assam while crossing the Kaziranga National park.
