How old is ottersplash?? She’s an adult warrior at the beginning of crookedstars promise, graypool is described as so senile in this book yet she’s younger than crookedstar. Other warriors Ottersplashes age retire to the elders den when leopardstar becomes leader, yet ottersplash is still fighting for lionclan at the end of the first arc… it’s like she never aged between crookeds book and this book lol

Same. I liked quite a bit of the book to my surprise. I really enjoyed the first half especially all the stuff with Whiteclaw. By the second half, I got a bit bored because it was just retelling the first arc.

Me before reading this book: “I don’t like her… she’s that typical mean cat towards the good guys who’s just OUT FOR TROUBLE 24/7. Like Mudclaw. But at least she chills out after Tigerstar died.” Me after reading this book: “I HATE HATE HATE Leopardstar! New least favorite character! UGH! She’s dumb as a rock, causes nothing but problems, and hates everyone who’s kind, cool, or wise.”

they also Did A copy Of white storm Called white claw I personal ly like him Yes blue star and snowfur Are sisters But that's pretty much the only difference Leopard star And sunfish Our best friends and sunfish Dies after a battle at sunning rocks And she tells Leopard look after him Does that sound familiar to white storm I mean they even have the same prefix And both snow for and sunfish They both tell leopard star Or a blue star to take care of them In blue star case Snow for told her In a dream But they both told her told them at some point To protect them and raise them like a mother So yeah they Literally Copied Their own plot line

It was crystal clear leapordstar was in love with tigerstar in the original arc, the Erin's can try and act like it wasn't a real thing, but it was, and I personally wished they continued to expand upon it in this story. Tigerstar clearly was a desirable mate, both goldenflower and Sasha loved him, not what he did, but who he was. Leopardstar actually went along with Tigerstar and his formation of Tigerclan, where as his previous mates did not, love is the only reason Leopardstar would have gone along withe Tiger's plan, she was probably already thinking of names for their Tiger/Leopard children.

I strongly disagree. It was not “crystal clear” that she loved Tigerstar. That’s your headcanon. Your interpretation. Not actual canon. And no, love is not the only thing that could have led her into siding with Tigerstar. I always thought she shared the same ambition as him and was manipulated into doing what he said. Leopardstar in arc one was shown to be combative, proud, and a bit full of herself. Fireheart saw her as a mild threat and knew to be wary of her. Especially after witnessing how much she dislikes Graystripe before and after his betrayal of Riverclan. Tigerstar just had to play to that combativeness and pride and make her think that the two of them were the best leaders in the forest. The two best and strongest leaders should combine their clans to make a mega clan that can dominate over the others. That’s how I always viewed it at least. It was only when she realized just how crooked Tigerstar was did she began to regret, but by the time she realized she was too scared to do anything because of how much power Tigerstar had at that point. I personally hate Leopardstar having any romantic interests because she always came across to me as someone who cares way too much about her own ambitions and goals. Love was never a thought that crossed her mind. Again that’s my interpretation based solely on what’s in the text of the first arc.

@@Moony1568 well we always look at characters from our own perspective, I hated tigerstar for how rotten he was, so I can't imagine leopardstar going along with him unless she was getting the googly eyes. Maybe I thought leopardstar was better than she was, I didn't realize firestar thought she was dangerous, or she was obsessed with gaining control of the forest alongside tigerstar. Besides, I definitely ship them, I really wanted them to be a power couple, with tigerstar finally having a wife that shared his goals.

How is it crystal clear? Because I've never read it like that at all. They never interact in an intimate way (grooming each other, brushing muzzles, twining tails) they never refer to each other as mates. Their relationship feels very business like to me. They are political allies.

@@Shadowfate93 well it's more of sensing the romantic tension between them, specially leapordstar. Perhaps saying it was crystal clear is too broad of a statement on my part. Obviously if they behaved more like a couple, we'll there'd be nothing to debate on the matter, as it's the subtlenes of their relationship that makes for speculation. Like sure, leopardstar could have had a strictly business relationship with Tigerstar, but this is Warriors, and romance is always a present factor to consider.

The book should’ve showcased her perspective on the journey to sun drown place. It would’ve showed the book more perspectives on different events. Where is Stonefur becoming leader where we need it. 😑 Stonefur was picked deputy for no damn reason and then SHE PICKED MISTYFOOT AS AN APOLOGY! MISTYFOOT! A CAT THAT NEVER DIES. Also have some fish 🐟

I'd say that my most most hated super editions would be One star's Confession, Tiger heart's Shadow, Leopard star's Honor, and Greystripe's Vow. They are some of the best examples of the new teams overall writing ability and quality.

I hated Suirrelflight's the must. It's basically an ultrafeministic Dumpster Fire with the females shining only because the males are portrayed as cruel doofbags who are afraid of a bunch of cats that never even violate their territorys once. They are five clans, what do they fear? Bramblestar ist portrayed so heratless i honestly thought in the beginning this is already the imposter bramblestar. Plus the whole mystic aspect of the sisters felt completely pointless and the whole group only shoehorned in to give us the wonders of the matriarchism I honestly don't get why so many like this book. But i didn't read onstar's book, so we will see.

But yeah. Gotta say also least fav Warriors book so far. It was hard to pain through. Frogleap & Whiteclaw were cool to see. I also i agree. The prophecy she got was pointless. I honestly think not every Super Edition needs a prophecy. Bluestar’s still bugs me. But than again idk Goosefeather’s gimmick yet. But she was not the ‘Fire’ that blazed through the forest. Sure she was destined to save the clan from Thistleclaw & die to water though. But why fire? I also feel alot of what happened in the book was just like, “Well Stonefur ended up Deputy… sssooo uuhh.. *shrug* we gotta show it. just put something in there about it.” 90% of the book is: Leopardstar” Battle good! Battle is the only thing important! REVENGE! Lol no dad you moron. Battle solves every problem. Jeez you guys are all stupid. *ignores everyone* WWAAAAHHH WHY WON’T ANYONE LISTEN TO MEEE?! Everyone hates me!”
