Another Bohemian composer of note: Kozeluch (1747-1818), born Jan Antonín Koželuh, was a transitional figure, producing works in the Viennese Classic style, fashionably simple galant pieces for amateurs, and at times exhibiting traits of early Romanticism. Very popular among Viennese amateur performers, sometimes criticized among connoiseurs for pursuing simplicity at the expense of originality. In the last decade or so of his life his focus shifted away from composition to teaching, arranging, and his court duties. (In 1792 he was appointed Kammermusik Kapellmeister and Hofkapelle Compositor under Emperor Franz II, posts he held until his death.) His daughter, Catherina Cibbini, was among his pupils and also made a name for herself as a composer and pianist in Vienna. (Source: Florida State University)

初めて耳にする曲ですが、モ-ツァルト初期のリズミカルで軽快なシンフォニーの様に素晴らしい音色に心から癒やされます。🤤🤤‼️

Seems to be more in the style of Haydn on one of his bored days

Two different unrelated and incoherent Themes and reexposition without novelties and amazing surprises? That is Mozart, Not Haydn.

Parecchie assonanze in questa sinfonia in tonalità minore, ricca di slancio drammatico e contrappunto, con quelle di Kraus. Una bella scoperta. 👍

Have you heard of word "style"? ♥️

The composers of that age shared a common musical language. However, inside that language FJ Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven attained far more than all the others. Superficially, one million of compositions of that age "look like Mozart".

@@fabiograssi670 It is the Maldera style that was first accepted by Vanhal, then by the others in Vienna. Pierre van Maldere (he accepted the gallant style; but over time he made a synthesis - under Italian and Viennese influence he made a synthesis of the Mancha School with French stylistic elements. Maldere made a significant contribution to creativity: Wanhal, A. Zimmermann, Joseph and Michael Haydn, A. Mozart, Dittersdorf, Kozeluch...While Maldere's chamber music shows late-baroque characteristics and Corelli's influence, his - violin sonatas and symphonies - bear witness to - the formation of the early classical "Viennese" symphonies. Van Maldere's works circulated throughout Europe in manuscript parts as well as in print. The manuscripts of his works are in 21 libraries in 10 countries. Van Muldere's compositions were printed by publishers in London, Paris, Dublin and Brussels; even after his death there were numerous reprints. A number of his works were attributed to other composers, such as J. Haydn , J. Misliviček, A. Mozart.... That glorification of J. Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven is vulgar propaganda.

Leopold Koželuch: Symphony in G minor, 1787. , Mozrt No 40.1788. Similar to Mozart's Symphony No. 41 Scholars are certain Mozart studied Michael Haydn's Symphony No. 28 in C major, which also has a fugato in its finale and whose coda he very closely paraphrases for his own coda. Charles Sherman speculates that Mozart also studied Michael Haydn's Symphony No. 23 in D major because he "often requested his father Leopold to send him the latest fugue that Haydn had written." The Michael Haydn No. 39, written only a few weeks before Mozart's (Symphony No. 41), also has a fugato in the finale, the theme of which begins with two whole notes. Sherman has pointed out other similarities...
