I absolutely loved this writing blog! You show the process that writers go through and I really appreciate that. I feel like you could make an entire essay collection out of this formative time of your life. Of course, not just focusing on the relationship with the young man, but your experiences and circumstances. For example, you talked about your feelings entering into your own sexuality and orientation, the influence of other people in your life, and anything else happening at that time. I think it would be wonderful to show the complexity of life as experienced by your younger self.
