I love this song. I saw you couldn't resist smiling when Einar starts singing. The same happens to me every time. The beauty of this song is the melody of the main vocal line. Einar's voice is something outstanding. You have no idea how many times I got overwhelmed by an emotional storm just by listening to Slave. Yes, it leaves you speechless when the song is over. If you listen to their whole discography you will not find one single bad song. I love this band. There's a lot of good music coming from Scandinavian countries, but this band is from a different universe.

Love the commentary man! Ihsahn isn't a part of the band but he is the front man, Einar Solberg's, brother in law. Leprous used to be his live backing band for his solo project. Leprous dropped a new song last week called From The Flame - check it out! If you haven't checked out Ihsahn's solo project I'd check out the albums - After, Eremita or Arktis any of those are good shouts! Good job!
