her kit is very insane tho but my build is not good at all, I want her to be as good as Ham's (260 spd), I can only reach 235 spd and 105 eff (perhaps too much atk and crit dmg)

If not mistaken, lore wise lermia fought against briseria (can't remember the exact narrative but briseria was wreaking havoc and lermia, a hero, was tasked with taking the thornbush witch down)

You're not alone bro. I like the uniform of her default skin more than the ancient greek outfit. And her default hair is way better for my taste. It actually makes her appearance very outstanding among E7's chars. Her RTA skin's art is definitely one of a kind but I don't play E7 for the arts unfortunately.
