Paraesophageal/diaphragmatic hernia repair. The whole left side of my diaphragm was blown out. The upper portion of my stomach and part of my intestines relocated near my left lung. There was also major damage to my spleen, so they took that, as well. (I found that out post-op).

I work as a CNC mill programmer and that billet intake manifold looks incredible! There are a lot of man hours and machining hours involved in something like that. That price is a steal, too! I was honestly expecting double that price.

Hey Cleetus, with such a high intake, if your heads are drilled for rear steam ports like original LS1 style, you should look at running all 4 steam ports. Much better cooling with less cylinder 7 issues.
