Lets Mutha Fuckin' Claypool came out slapping that bass & changed me 4 fucking eva!!! He is eons beyond Metallica! & different. Years later I brought all4ofmy boys to see them in Maine,,, YUP.. take a look at the interview he gave after not getting the gig (its among here somewhere, i'll post the link) he knew Cliff but, among other things, he says that he kinda didn't know how big metallica was, that he wasn't really a "metal guy" and he did know they were becoming a big thing, but hadn't really paid much attention and basically came to the rehearsal/interview and he asked if they would be open to "jam" a little. it was basically an instant NO from the rest... and that's was basically it lmfao. kzbin.info/www/bejne/q4SZmKqma7iYjq8 he's the best 😂❤

Is it just me or does every single song sound the same when played by Duo De Twang? "This is a cover of 'Stayin' Alive'! *jams in F pentatonic minor for a couple of minutes* " "Thank you, this is 'Jerry Was A Race-car Driver'! *jams slightly faster in D pentatonic minor* " "Thank you, this is 'Wynona's Big Brown Beaver'! *plays the actual song...which just happens to be a couple of minutes of jamming in D pentatonic minor* "
@nickklok49555 жыл бұрын
What I always tell to people (I play guitar aswel): it doesn't matter how difficult your music is too play or how many chords you play. It's about if people like it or not. But I think you are right. If I would go to see a gig of Les, I think I'm done after three songs.
@Dhakadice5 жыл бұрын
@@nickklok4955 Yeah, I love Primus live and everything. Saw them two nights in a row at Royal Albert Hall a couple of years ago. They played everything from Seas Of Cheese and Green Naughahyde in their entirety to two mixed sets with some intermission in between. But this particular project just sounds like the same song over and over to me.
