I loved this guy! I agree that his Simon wasn't very good and Dermot did sound like Ross Kemp. His McIntyre and Hoff were extremely good though! I remember his Kevin Webster, that was brilliant. Wish he'd brought him back.

Because BGT is a variety show. This means singers, dancers, comedians, impressionists, animals... everything! Singers don't always win! What about George Sampson, Spelbound, Diversity, Attraction, Lost Voice Guy, Richard Jones, Ashleigh and Pudsey, Tina and Chandi and Tokio Myers? That is two dance acts, one gymnastic act, one shadow act, a comedian, two dancing dog acts, a magician and a pianist. This is called VARIETY.

He deserved higher than 9th but his Simon voice and lack of Dec and Webster ruined his chances, along with the judges pointing that out to people. If he replaced Simon with Kevin Webster or Ant and Dec he would’ve likely have been 3rd to 5th. I still think Jai and Ronan were a clear top 2 but he would’ve challenged

But I liked the Impersonations he was doing. It was totally ACE I have to say. In my opinion, If he had a GIG or DVD out, I sure as hell Buy it :)

I prefer his semi final performance - should have included Ant and Dec in his routine. Simon has a lisp haha. Should have just stuck with Hoff and Michael impressions, if u do Simon ur screwed!

Simon was way off, Michael seemed good but there wasn't enough to really tell. Hoff was OK but what about Amanda? He redid Ross Kemp (I think) but not Kevin Webster - surprising since he has made 'I'm doin' it for arr Jack' his catch phrase. Agree about Ant & Dec - I would have thought that was a given?! My favorite part of his appearance on BGT was his visit to the Street - he was more animated & relaxed - I'm surprised if he suffers from nerves after 13 years of doing this stuff....

He was playing it safe here...it's only funny if he puts Ant&Dec in it...his voice on Michael was a bit weak, and so was Simon's but Louis and David's voice were spot on! But it was a bit boring and not as good as his semi-final and audition.
