I didn’t know they also made their own oils and supplied it to the other brands you mentioned. Always learn something new watching your vids. I only have Vanille Havane (both EDP and extrait) and they are top of my collection. Les Indemodables and Papillon quality has to be up there among the best right now. Thanks for recommending them.

Amazing work man! I love this house, all of their fragrances are great, amazing quality and craftsmanship. Vanille Havane was a love for me from the first try, but all of them impressed me and like you said, if money was not an issue, I would have all of them. Musc des Sables and Oriental Velours are the ones that complete my top 3 at the moment. I would love a review for Orto Parisi Cuoium, which is my favourite modern leather scent. Cheers, Ram!

Great review. Oriental Velour is majestic. I would buy a full bottle, but I am alergic to spruce and it turns my skin red and itchy. I mentioned it to Remy and he was both sad and happy because it’s a testament to how pure their spruce extraction in it holds up. It’s also fascinating because the spruce doesn’t come through fully until the dry down. I am on my second decant sample and may breakdown and get a travel spray to spray on clothes or use it as a room spray. My wife loves it too.

@@RamseytheRamI have had it in my cart off and on a dozen times this last year. I can’t seem to pull the trigger because of my skin reaction. It pisses me off 😅. I wish my wife would wear it, because I would buy it, but she wont wear fragrances to work and she says I make the house smell good enough for her. And I can’t find anyone selling a decant, and LI only sells the 7ml sprays on release and I can’t find one anywhere. oh well, this hobby/obsession is funny sometimes 😂

Funny- So far, it's my favorite as well. I think that Vanille Havane is their most assessable and I really enjoy it as well. But Oriental Velours feels like 'it's from the 70's without smelling like anything from the '70's. Moss green velour, avocado green furniture. I think that it fits nicely into their fragrance line because it fills a space unlike anything else in their range, from rose to ambers. I agree with you 100%

I went to work one day wearing this scent and someone said it smelled like crawfish lol. It's one of my favorites though! Since you like early Creed fragrances, the Les Indemodables cologne indonesean is amazing. The Rose one is amazing too!

Hey Ramsey, another banger! If you ever get the chance could you do a this is not a top 10 smells/scents of all time (regardless of wearability). I am curious to see if the whole list would be Artisanal fragrances or if it would be the usual suspects like Diaghilev, Kouros, and Antaeus which you enjoy wearing the most.

Well they are both Orientals but I would put them in the same category If you are looking for an opium like niche fragrance check out fiore d'ambre by Profumum Roma ✅️

I bought the Les Indemodables sample set and unfortunately none of them connected with me, something about the blending ... though they are high quality. The one's I liked were redundant compared to what I already have in my collection so will not be acquired.

@@RamseytheRam Maybe my nose isn't experienced enough to appreciate them, though been into frag collecting since 2019 and have sampled around 1k frags. I do like challenging, vintage, ouds, etc ... this house just didn't resonate with me.
