You made me scream with laughter! When you just paused the video and walked away. Too funny! Laurent's been doing that ankle spin forever. But the first time I saw it(I think it was on one of the early WOD videos...2012 or 2015...not sure) I was sure that the video had glitched. The Twins take so many risks with their bodies it's no wonder they have so many injuries. 6'4" bodies are not supposed to do the things they do. Watching this I realized that it does not matter the angle you watch them (front, back, side) they are still dynamic. The fanboying is always a treat. They can totally mimic each other's moves. You are right. There is much 'unrealness'. I enjoyed your reaction. Love it when they make you speechless and you just stare at the camera like WTF was that?! Great reaction as always.

Both of them are phenomenal but Lau just took it all to another level...his strength just is unreal ...how at 6'4 does he move like he is 5'0?THe ease and smoothness that he displays when he comes back up so fast and moves right into his next move is insane! Larry too with his one legged squats...I cannot with these two! They never disappoint!
