Fun fact Stan actually got married to a woman called ‘Marilyn’ briefly and comments about her pointed golden tooth, and really pale skin, and her shirt that read ‘30 and flirty’. They got married at Vegas after Stan won a bunch of money and the next day ‘Marilyn’ stole he’s winnings, Stan calls her “the one that got away, because she literally got away” and it’s heavily implied that that Marilyn is Eda

Fun fact: According to the official Journal 3, there were a couple of memories Dipper ran into offscreen that he never talked about: Stan's Bar-Mitzvah at the age of 12. (He wore Groucho Marx glasses to the temple. His dad was pretty upset.) Stan celebrating a birthday by himself watching Cash Wheel and eating 'Unlucky Leprechaun' cereal directly out of the box. (Apparently, his birthday is June 15th.) A lot of memories about an empty swing set on a beach... Stan teaching a young Soos how to box. And Stan's short-lived marriage to a waitress named Marilyn Rosenstein. They were wedded in Vegas for 48 hours, but it turns out she just wanted to steal his car. To answer your question about the deed, when Quentin Trembly was mayor of Gravity Falls, he made a lot of weird laws that still exist in the town, one of which being the Finders Keepers law. Basically it doesn’t matter whose name is on the deed, if you’re holding it, you own it

We’ve been waiting for this! What else can be said about Bill that hasn’t already been said? He’s rightfully considered the best Disney animated villain. Such a simple design with a menacing personality behind it. Before Bill, I always assumed you couldn’t make a triangle character as iconic as Phineas (and no, Peridot doesn’t count - she’s really not a triangle in my eyes). Boy was I proven wrong!

A few spoiler-free things 1. Gideon just having the deed works because there's a law in Gravity Falls that if someone is just holding the deed it belongs to them. More Gravity falls wierdness. 2. Actually bill isn’t really a demon! They say dream demon in the show but in all actuality bill is something else entirely! They say in a later episode that bill is actually an eldritch being from the second dimension! It’s also been confirmed that bill cipher isn’t his actual name, he just uses that as his name when he talks to mortals as whenever people hear his true name they quote “disintegrate with a look of horror and ecstasy upon their face”! It’s also been confirmed that the pyramid part of him isnt even his true form! It’s an exoskeleton that he wears so he can interact with people without them going insane from the mere sight of him!

Luz and King were led to temple and the dialogue mentioned something about 'this is our leader, Bill!' followed by him clarifying that there was no other part to the name. Glad to see you got to the episode that properly introduces Bill. He's quite the fun baddy, and considered the best baddy in the show for a reason. Although the other badddies consisting of Gideon & Robbie is probably part of the reason, Bill is still a fun one. And yeah, him sharing the voice actor for King is pretty interesting to see. That's basically how most Gravity Falls fans reacted to King in a nutshell, going "hehe, Alex is voicing another demon". If your still wondering how Gideon just getting his hands on the deed automatically makes him own the shack, there's apparently a law in the town that says that if you just get your hands on the deed it automatically makes you the owner. That law apparently got mentioned in the real life version of the journal that got sold. That's the in-universe explanation. But I'm guessing the behind the scenes reason is because the writers didn't completely remember how deeds worked during the time they wrote it.

So to explain the deed thing: Gravity falls has a lot of backwards laws thanks to that president guy from an earlier episode. Marrying a woodpecker is a good example but one in this episode is whoever possesses the physical deed owns said property. There's other examples that pop up in the show. Mostly it's used as a simple explanation when it comes to the resolutions to episodes.
