Yeah that ending left a lot of us like "huh" when we first saw it. At least I remember feeling that way. Like either have Kipo get kidnapped or just immediately cut to her fighting the birds and coming back in with the declaration. You can’t have both. Benson with a crush is cute. That Jaguar Eye sequence is trippy as hell but also really really cool. Someone actually talked about its meaning back in the day but I can’t remember who.

Some things fells hurried and you can blame Netflix for it, a lot of scenes were discarded because they only had 3 seasons, the creator of kipo once said that it would have a scene where lio (kipo's dad) would put Wolf in bed while they was in the burrow so I guess they would have been on burrow a little longer...

Season 1 was originally gonna end with Kipo getting taken- but they were forced to change it because it was "too dark for a kids show" -Even though in my opinion it really wasn't-- Would of gotten a lot more people even more excited about Season 2! I still love how they adapted it and they do a great job!

Really love this show, personally the way I see it season 1 is all set up. They introduce a ton of characters and small story threads that hint at much bigger things. Even in this episode, like why does her dad know the 2 monkeys? Whats going on with Kipos muteness? and more. And then season 2 they really just go full force and its really fun, can't wait till you start it.

I haven't really watched this but I was aware of it. I just love Elijah's reactions so much. I don't usually watch reactions without having seen said shows or media of said reaction. However, don't mind this being an exception. Through no fault of Elijah's, I haven't got to share the same show since The Owl House. It just so happens I want to be in the loop with what's already going on. I haven't seen Harley Quinn but I intend to. I haven't seen Hazbin Hotel but that show is so incredulous I just want to see the reaction of Elijah. Any of y`ll do that too? Watch a reaction of a content creator without having seen that media?
