Deliiiiicious african donuts!

"Aller retour" - (meaning "you'll surely ask for more"), the name is already evocative: you try them once for your little snack, you are bound to want more and more!

List of ingredients for about twenty donuts
* The donut dough:
500g flour
350 ml of lukewarm water (40 degrees C if you have a thermometer)
9g baker's yeast
7g salt (2 tbsp)
4g sugar (1.5 tsp)
2 tbsp of oil
About 1L of frying oil
*Tomato sauce
Sardines and their oil (1 box of 125g)
1 onion
1 tomato
1 rounded tbsp of tomato paste
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp of pepper
A little parsley
Pepper
2 maggi cubes and / or salt
1 or 2 tbsp of oil
NB: tsp = teaspoon, tbsp = tablespoon
