Lesley Gore RIP there you have it ladies and gentlemen. She sang Sunshine and Lollypops and all her great songs back then and she put her heart into her music. It shows also back then in l960s men acted like men opened the doors for ladies and were gentlemen. Ladies acted like Ladies and were pristine. That was the clean cut generation. No fancy dresses or tattoos or rings in the noses. Good American Sensible Music. No Screaming No Yelling. Lesley our Lesley was a big big part of that generation. She will always be in our hearts. Thank you Lesley for singing the Sensible Way
