Thank you for all your amazing videos, and all the information you share. I am really strangling with my arm-back connection, over using my upper body strength, over my connection to the back. Also I don't have access to classic reformer for a long time, how and where can I place my hands with the allegro 2 reformer? It's a real stragle to find connection using that reformer.

oh yeah, the loops on any piece of equipment make it hard. Something you can focus on are maintaining straight wrists in every exercise using the ropes. That will help! I also have a workshop on my OPC site about the arm back connection. xx~LL

@OnlinePilatesClasses Thank you for your answer, I will check out your workshop. Actually, I was referring to the placement of the hands in the corkscrew and tiktok. As you probably know, the pols are vertical, so sometimes I place my hands on the pols and sometimes against the side of the shoulder rest. But none of them helps me to connect to the back. I feel like I'm working too much from my biceps and pecks

@@yaelrozen259 yeah so unfortunately those vertical poles are hard to grab onto. I find I have to play around with placement there. Also, it sounds like you might need to work on your arm/back connection elsewhere and then use this as a temp check on if you have it. When you do leg springs do you feel your arm back connection? What about leg springs in the air? Airplane? The workshop will give you exercises to build your strength. I think its amazing that you're aware of your disconnect here. And, if you're an OPC member you can send a video of you doing the exercises and I can see if there might be another issue or placeent option that is better for your body. xx~LL

I would definitely love to join. Can you send me more info about it? And, in most of the legs in straps series, I find it very challenging to find my arm-back connection. It was always a struggle, but it was better with the classic equipment. With allegro 2, it's harder to find connections because of the proportions, especially the pols. It just doesn't feel the same.
