Hi Lesley! I have moved and am teaching my former studio clients virtually, so, we all now do mat, or reformer on the mat. I’ve been doing mat 5x a week, and am stronger than ever, as are my clients. Its really amazing. I love all the equipment, but mat is fantastic! One of my male clients says it’s harder than his weight fitness class he does. Hope to meet you when you are in Boston! Dianna
