My father said that he’d rather see me sleeping with prostitutes every night rather than be gay. It was a generational thing, they just didnt understand that we had no choice in our sexuality. I feel so sad that this lovely man has been taken from us. He sure was an angel in disguise. Rest In Peace Leslie ♥️

I luv this little Man with a huge huge talent. On Will and Grace he made my mum and I smile and laugh so much that is was like medicine. We waited for him each week in the hopes of his return and then before my mum died we watched him on the Logo TV show Sordid Lives the series by Del Shores and we never laughed so hard, Jordan in drag during that show OMG-D :) I just want to see more of him in gay themed movies and on TV sitcoms soooooooo funny. I want to hug him :)

where is the adorable southern accent?? Leslie not speaking with his signature accent totally erases away the essence of Leslie. It's like someone having plastic surgery and it totally makes them unrecognizable. not a fan of this new accent.. not at all...

Most of his recent videos from Instagram were recorded while he was in the company of his mother and sisters, which would most likely cause him to lapse back into the full Southern drawl of his childhood. I once worked with a man who vacationed in Mexico to visit his family. When he returned no one understood his English 😂 This was recorded years ago, so maybe Leslie was still trying to tame the drawl for a role.

This was filmed in the U.K. I was at this show and he toned down his accent so that we could understand him without subtitles 😂

He’s toned down his southern drawl, so that the people in the U.K. can interpret his speech more accurately. I’m not sure who advised him to do this but with all of the English, Irish and Scottish accents in the audience, I’m sure they would have been able to decipher a Chattanooga, Tn. country twang.
