I love to hear Mr. Leslie Odom Jr. sing this beautiful song, I can hear this song even when I’m not playing it, because it’s so relevant for Africa American all over America. I loved one Night in Miami, a truly good movie, and I plan to watch it again, because this was during the years I was growing up, I was 10 yrs old when Malcolm X was assassinated and 13 when Martin Luther King’s life was taken from us all , so this movie brought it all home to us as Africa American again, especially when he started to cry and say, “ We’re fighting for our Life’s “, so profound because it’s 2021 and very little has changed. Thank you so much for this song, Mrs. L. Odom Jr., maybe this generation will listen. 🙏🏽🙏🏽♥️♥️
