Of all the new walk leaders, this instructor is BY FAR the best, and my favorite! She is clear, she is precise, and she is easy to follow! Love it! Some of the others either count differently from Leslie, or add "dance-y" twists to the old moves, but I'm not great at following along. I really appreciate this leader's movements and instruction.

My gosh I'm knackered obviously I'm very unfit and still quite overweight. I'm with weight watchers and can't get out very much for walks and somebody suggested I check you guys out. This is the first video I clicked and wow! Okay, I did stop halfway thinking I couldn't do it, my legs didn't want to work eight with some of the combinations, and the adverts stopping the video were very annoying stopping your rhythm. But I gave my head a wobble, and I started up the video to finish it and I did finish it. I do like this lady very clear speaking and very easy to follow. Will look forward to seeing more. But today, I've actually completed an exercise and that for me personally is an achievement. Now I'm going to collapse in a heap 😂

I did Leslie’s Heart Healthy One Mile everyday for quite a while and loved it, the people and the music. This walk is faster and was great. I Will definitely come back to it regularly. Thank you

Thanks Celina. This was a great 1 Steel City Mile. I followed up with Rocky's and Nick's Steel City Miles to make it a total of 3 Steel City Miles = 6000 Steps. I am keeping it low impact beginner as I am recuperating from a bad back! Not bad for this 66 year old!

Gm, came across this new walk workout first thing this morning. I really enjoyed it. pretty much the same with some great new moves added. I differently will be doing it again and look forward to some new ones. A walk is a walk regardless of who leads it. It's what you make of it while you do it. Let's get to walking

If this is aimed at beginners, maybe it should be noted that people won't automatically know that you will need to cool down and stretch afterwards. It should mention this in the title/description, or at the very least be mentioned at the end of the workout. Unfortunately a lot of workouts neglect to do this, they just assume that people will automatically realise. More confusing, is that some of the workouts have cool downs and some don't, so if someone has left themselves 15 minutes for a workout that doesn't have one, they might not have time to then pick out a cool down video. A lot of workouts on KZbin need to make this more obvious to people who don't necessarily know.

My favorite videos are the one that were made between 1992-2015. I love her walkblaster workouts, her Christian workouts, her audio workouts and her CDs called walking for outdoors. I’ve also started using the Shaun T workouts called Cize and my younger sister used in college Tae Bo and for 10 years she did jazzercise classes once every 8 days.I’m a distant cousin to Gunnar Peterson and my mom bought his book that he wrote 15 years ago. My older sister has done his program before but I don’t know if I can do it because it involves exercises that Leslie doesn’t make us do such as medicine balls and therapy or exercise balls.
