In 2019 I was extremely overweight and couldn't even walk a mile with out huffing and puffing. This very video is what introduced me in to exercising. 4yrs later I am 100lbs down and I consider walking a mile easy. I since have moved on to other exercise instructors but I just started using your exercise videos again. So wherever you are starting at don't lose faith. Just put on foot in front of the other. I always recommend these videos to people.

Update: I’m now 40 days into doing Leslie’s Walks at Home. This is still my favourite mile. I love when she says “Your head will feel good!”... and she’s telling the truth! I was having such a rough time when I found this video, and now, 40 days later, I’ve lost 15lbs and I’m feeling so much stronger and more in control of my life. The first day I tried this, I could barely make it through 3 minutes of exercise - now I can do 45min+ and feel great when I’m done. Thank you so much for making these videos available on KZbin, Leslie. You’ve changed my life more than words can even express. Original post: I just did this not once but twice. Hurt a lot the first time cuz 1) I have fibromyalgia and hip problems, 2) I am extremely out of shape and haven’t exercised in years and 3) I am nine months post partum and my body is still holding on to extra weight in the midsection. But 10 mins after I finished, the body high kicked in and I was able to do the walk again. Thanks Leslie!

I did these workouts in Jan 2023 when I had covid (when isolating was a legal requirement in my country). I was feeling well and these workouts saved my sanity back then. I'm a daily walker & when it's too rainy for me, I do one of these workouts instead! 5 mile nature walk yesterday & today a 1 mile walk at home & 1 hour fitness class this later this evening.

This has become my everyday routine and as a 62 year old man who doesn't really exercise a lot, this helps to keep me flexible and my muscles feeling great. And the 15 minute walk seems to be just enough and I can do this in my own living room without having to go outside in the elements or worry about dogs chasing after me. Ha! Thanks to the walking team for our walk everyday. You have become my walking family.

today's my day 1 of exercise. I'm obese and my dietitian said I need to lose 22 kg in order to achieve my ideal weight. We're not rushing tho! He told me to do at least 30 mins walking everyday. Just finished this exercise for my day 1 and will work on increasing my exercise time sooner or later. I love how I feel and my heart rate is going up! Thanks for these videos.

I just starting walking 1 mile every day since January 1st. I just walked with this video on 1/4/2019. My stomach was hurting a bit and I wasn't feeling very good before I started, but after exercise it stopped. You just never know how it will help! Just when I thought I needed to skip because I wasn't feeling good, it was the very thing I needed to do! I feel better today for exercising! Thank you Walk at Home!

I'm 45 years old and I weigh 465 pounds and I stopped working 5 years ago. I no longer wanted to shut myself up on myself and wanted to start living again. I have been walking with Leslie and her gang for at least five years. What a great way to start the day and beat stress or depression. I have enjoyed seeing the transformations of the studio and getting to know all the others, such as Rocky, Melvin, dancing Steve, Nadia, Wendy and of course Nick. I am running out of new videos to walk with and will start from the bottom of the list all over again. Even te boosted and weight walks are enjoyable for me at the age of 70. It's my dream to travel to Leslie's studio one day and walk with her and her gang, who I feel are my friends.

I have been doing HIIT workout during pandemic and been loosing 13 kilos, shaping muscle and getting my dream body. But this HIIT after 1 year of doing it seems giving stress to my body and mind, and was even messing up with my period too. I started doing this happy walk twice a day every day already 3 weeks and it makes me happy again with workout. Its so light comparing with HIIT but this workout if we do it first thing in the morning on empty stomache, it will shed our fat directly. Thank you, Leslie❤

I wanted a gym membership but honestly i cant afford, time plus gas and babysitting 😫, BUT THESE VIDEOS HAVE GIVEN ME ALOT OF HOPE AND WELLNESS! I CANT TY ENOUGH 😔 HONESTLY ive never done home workouts, and for starters YOU R IN THE RIGHT PLACE. i started slower pace, 1 week into it i feel better😀, less stiff and catching up with their pace 😊 feels great💪

I do a few of the 15-minute walks throughout the day if I can, but this is the BEST 15-minute walk I have found! It stays peppy the whole time and is just right. I am down 56lbs from June 2017, and couldn't have done it without all of your wonderful and versatile workouts. Thank you!!!!

This is my 3rd day doing the 1 mile walks (i've done this one and another one from 1 year ago), I''m doing them mid-morning and before going to bed. It's great, i'm getting very tired still but I feel like it's going to get better. Thank you Leslie, your energy is what keeps me coming back and wanting to try harder.

Leslie, I started walking 2 miles a day when I was 50. I did that for twenty years and then hip surgery changed that for a while. I recently found your video, and have been doing this for a week.. I feel great! thank you so much. and honest I am now 81.

i cried of happiness when she said "we did it!" bc i was genuinely so surprised that it ended before i realized,i cried of happiness bc this was genuinely so fun and i never finish a workout but i finished this one and i just wish the best for this woman and everybody in her video,i sweated buckets and enjoyed every second of it,working out has never been this fun.im so proud of my self and i will be doing this along with 2 other workouts daily from now on.

January 1st 2020, here I go!! I tried a few of these last year and they felt amazing. I'm going to push to see if I can do it everyday now for a longer time. Due to my chronic migraines and lower back issues, I can't exercise as much as I'd like. These happy walks have me feeling the burn without the pain I usually feel. Thanks!! Thank you. I am 67 years old and I've chosen this 1 mile walk video for my physical exercise instead of walking outside which can be unhealthy due to pollen these days. More so, like you said, I do this anytime day or night. My goal is at least 5 times a week.

I've been doing this for about 2 weeks along with the floor ab video that is on this channel, and I am impressed! I can already see results. I don't stand on scales, so I can't say exactly how many pounds I lost. However, in just 2 weeks I am noticeably slimmer. My tummy is even becoming flatter. I didn't really go on much of a diet. I still ate; I just decided to be reasonable (Less sugar and junk food, only drink water). This workout may not seem like it would do much, but trust me it does! Thank You Leslie Sansone!

Scales are over-rated, that's for sure. It's better to weigh 200 pounds of muscle than 150 pounds of flab. Inches lost around the waist is a great way to measure health gains. Way to go!

I have been looking all over for a workout that is low impact and doesn't require getting down on the floor or pushing against the wall. I watched this a couple of times to see how it looked and I can't wait to try it!

This is my 4th day doing this I love it. Every morning 🌄, is amazing to wake up with. I hope this will make up for not being able to be active for so long I wish I would've found it earlier but is still okay as long as it keeps me active now. I got off track for awhile, now I am back on track with the help of the Lord, saving these video's to workout, walking outside is difficult because of the heat and the hard surfaces, kills my feet. I am feeling much better than what I did last month. I got about 100 lbs to lose. I will do it, I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

I started a couple months ago, mom of 3 and with my last baby I didn’t lose any of the baby weight and even gained another 10 lbs, this workout makes the biggest difference in how I feel overall, I’ve lost 10 lbs my muscles are getting stronger and my body is toning, I also started a 10 minute pelvic floor exercise now to help my c-section belly go back where it’s supposed to be. Never worked out much or stuck with it but these exercises make me feel so much healthier and confident in my body, my littles love to workout with me too🤗

For many years I began to do this exercise, it helped me lose weight a lot. Then I stopped doing it, and today March, 27 2021 I return to my exercise routine with Leslie Samsom I need to lose 35 pounds. in 1 month I return to let you know how I am doing ❤️🏋️♂️
