We went to Americana every year for my Mom's company picnic which included a day riding the rides, we were assigned one of the picnic pavilions shown in the video. I also remember going to Fantasy Farm when I was a kid back in the 1960's. I am glad to see that the City of Monroe has taken it over as a park.

Nice video and lots of great memories of this place. Living between Cincy ane Hamilton, we always came here for fun instead of Coney. The excitement of visiting LeSourdsville each time was so great as a child and teenager. Very nice to see they have turned it into a park so it's still being enjoyed. :)

I just the ditch along the railroad tracks it has gotten smaller over time with crap being thrown in it and there is remains of an aqueduct just south of the park property where you see the creek in the video.

They should put signs where certain attractions were.

I am sad. Part of me always wanted to see it rebuilt. Now, after watching this video i see that will not ever happen. Alway's be in my memories and the handful of video's on KZbin showing what it was once like in it's heyday (s)
