No, when I searched for a school, yours didn’t come up. I enrolled in another program and it’s been hell doing everything on my own with absolutely no support or even videos. It seems your program and others on KZbin cover more details than when I studied. I’m concerned and panicking because my exam is in two weeks. I will chance it even though I wanted to attend your in person course which is not available till end of August. I don’t believe in luck, however, I will do my best with the program I enrolled in. My advice to others who are considering this career path to enroll in your program no matter what!! Thank you I am learning a lot from your you and your presentations are easy to understand, in plain English with real life examples and I wish I enrolled in your program from the start.

Hard to say for sure. We got word that the DRE is not handing out calculators, which implies that, if there are math problems, they won't require much to any calculation. I think to be safe, you should at least understand how to find acreage of townships. Hope that helps!

Let me see if I can illustrate this for you. Here goes nothing! -- Remember these formulas: Value = NOI / Cap Rate
 NOI = gross income - operating expenses (including property taxes) -- -- Let's assign price amounts. Gross income = $100,000
 Operating expenses (including property taxes) = $40,000
 and let’s just say cap rate is 5%

 -- -- That means, Value = ($100,000 - $40,000)/.05 = $1,200,00

 Now, let’s decrease the property taxes by $5,000. That means our operating expenses go from $40,000 to $35,000. Now we have, Value = ($100,00 - $35,000)/.05 = $1,300,00 Because we decreased the property tax amount by $5,000, we gained $100,000 on property value. Hope this is a good enough visual example!
