I have a question here Professors. The streamlines are _parallel_ or _tangent_ to the velocity vector? I saw some source saying different things. Which one is correct? I really appreciate it

Both definitions are correct, they mean the same thing here. I don’t know if this will help but if you imagine a tangent line on the edge of a circle, if you drew a parallel line at the same point it would be equal to the tangent in its gradient and position.

Quite a good and concise lecture, very useful! But, it does not cover Streaklines in detail. The equation of Streaklines is not derived. Had that been done, the video would have been more complete.
