What is the white sheet under your cake and over the parchment? Please let me know. Thanks for all the wonderful recipes...I tried to get your book from Amazon, but not available in English! Too bad!
ごめんなさい、日本語苦手ですけと、英語で使います。 I always love to watch your videos, but always wonder, why don't you arrange your 生地サイズ as 33X20cm? Use a tray that's a little bigger than the one in your videos, which still fits to your oven, and that should work. So you don't have to measure and re-arrange the cake, and that saves you efforts to trim the size. All you need to do is to trim 1 cm off the baked cake to make it 32X20 cm, and then just cut the cake into half.
