I’m so glad one of those crossbow de-cockers didn’t malfunction and take some of your fingers off… I had one malfunction in our bow shop one day, resulting in my left thumb getting smashed so bad the center point of my thumb print busted open, and the meat of my thumb pad got pressed out like it was coming out of a meat processor. I’ll never trust one of those things ever again.

I'm confused about how 1 round of the sim-x ammo can be 8 times more likely to incapacitate an attacker than a normal bullet. Doesn't the 357 have like a 90 some percent rate of stopping attacker with 1 round? This round would have to have a 720 percent chance of stopping an attacker. That math doesn't seem to work for meA
@LexLuthor12344 сағат бұрын
Maybe it's of a given, yet in the interview unspecified, caliber or cartridge? If so probably something smaller and less powerful than the 357 I'd guess. Even so I agree that 8x sounds mighty high.🤔

@Paladin187311 сағат бұрын
@@timg7627 There is a lot of debate about the value of hydrostatic shock. From what I can discern, a bullet has to be traveling at very high speed to produce a worthwhile effect. I know some military testing I researched indicated the 5.56 is most effective when the terminal velocity is at least 2500 fps. No doubt there are enough exceptions that the debate continues.

I listen to videos on earbuds, one thing that pisses me off is when I lose the audio because it’s only on one ear and I have only one earbud in. So 90% of the videos audio is on the left ear or both ears and suddenly it’s only on the right ear! Why can’t the editing team get this right? On this video it’s at 7:02 that we lose the left earbud entirely. Why?

Ron, next time you compare BC, don't use a 30/30 round nose bullet with a Target bullet!!! please!!!! Stop promoting bulshit, that you and I both know are bulshit.
@RonSpomerOutdoors10 сағат бұрын
JW, where in this video did I compare any bullet B.C.? In past videos I have used the low B.C. of a round nose bullet compared to the high B.C. of a SAME WEIGHT spire point boat tail to demonstrate how B.C. (form factor) changes performance. How is that bs?
@jwdundon10 сағат бұрын
@RonSpomerOutdoors when I watched your video showing you compare a round nose bullet of a spiral point bullet of the same weight. You're being a used car salesman. Obviously a flat nose bullet is in no way shape or form a fair comparison with a spiral point bullet. YOUR not running a spiral point bullet in your 336. Or 94. I dare you to take a good bullet: example the Nosler partition, nobody will doubt it's hunting ability and it's low BC. You take a super high BC bullet of the same weight with the same brass the same powder the same primer. And you compare that now you're an apple to apples comparison not an apples to a banana comparison as you did on your round nose bullet. I am finding more AND MORE "hunters" don't understand BC doesn't kill animals. THEY SEE A High BC, that's what they go, for even though it's a match bullet. THE VIDEO I'M REFERRING TO, YOUR PLAY INTO THAT AND FEEDING THAT IGNORANCE. You and I both know BC does it make a difference till at least 500 yards. If BC gave me a longer maximum point blank range, it would be great. I just find it horribly frustrating that you, one of the few men that actually understands BC, would make a comparison that's not even apples to oranges. Why don't you even make that video? take a good rifle say a 300 Winchester magnum your 280 ackly improved, get your hand load out make 24 cartridges super high sexy BC match bullet, make 24 of a Nosler partition, Swift a frame or ??? A GREAT HUNTING bullet. (As long as same grain bullet, same powder, same primer). Do three shot groups from 100 to 800 yards everything 100% the same. Show the viewers exactly on paper something they can see the difference on a high versus low BC bullet from 100 to 800 yards. Make this an apples to apples video. Thanks for your time. Jw
