A medical student understands anatomy better by his KZbin teacher Sam than by his college anatomy teacher. First time in life I really understood what is lesser sac, and my exam's next week

During laparoscopic Anti-Reflux Surgeries like fundoplications, where the lesser omentum and other mesentry is divided to access the stomach and oesophagus, does this division have any adverse consequences post-operatively? Would there be any post-operative benefit of repair to the lesser omentum and other divided mesentry after such surgeries? And would repair be feasible?

Good work Sam, you've managed to capture my 5 year old daughters interest, and so quite often it's, "Dad, can we watch a body video?" And so Dad gets to watch something on youtube which doesn't rot the brain. Winning all round. I told her there isn't cling-wrap inside her though.
