Since 冇 is usually used with verbs and adjectives in the past tense, and 會 is the future 冇錯 is more for something that has already happened (i'm not wrong) 唔會錯 is for something in the future of present/near future(i'm sure/certain)???

Right! 冇錯 is something for the past since you did not do something wrong. However, 唔會錯 can also mean something in the past. For example , I am sure I did something right. 唔會錯 means you are certain 😉

如果 “我冇錯” 係 "I am not wrong", 就會 “I was not wrong" 係咩呀

in this case we'll put the time as we don't have past tense e.g. I was not wrong at that time 我嗰陣冇錯

I just realized, the opposite: you’re wrong. 你錯? 你有錯?

Yes, you are right! But I would say the first one is more common
