Pigeonhole principle also called Drawer Principle was established by Peter Gustav Dirichlet. The logic is if n pigeons are put into m pigeonholes where n>m, there's a hole with more than one pigeon.

It states that if n items are put into m containers, with n > m, then at least one container must contain more than one item.
