Tqvm Sir. Can we xreferencing to a term like acronym and link to its full description? As there is no caption, I add \label after the description but as I add ef to the term, it shows a funny red letter VI? It works but why 'VI'? Thx in advance.

Hello. Try this in the preamble - \usepackage[colorlinks]{hyperref}- then try something like this - \hypertarget{WHO}{WHO - World Health Organization} and this will give the link - \hyperlink{WHO}{WHO}
