In my when I select wire connection (in left/none) and click to the point where I want to connect the wire and after that it not changes term no and if I again select the other point it shows that the selected point is already be seen .

Is there a way to "update" a custom symbol? or say I have a base symbol, but there are versions with options, so i want a second symbol. I don't want to have to recreate the first 90%, so can i copy the file, and then add the few points that are new?

Thanks for your excellent video, but how about the Link Lines and could you please let me know if there's any rule for naming the symbols in AutoCAD Electrical. I know that we've H & V prefix on naming but I am asking after that. Regards

Bro I'm also trying to find out link line. When I'm trying to insert symbol on vertical line it is not breaking the wire and not aligning vertically automatically as the pre-built symbols do

Where did the symbol get saved to? I can't find it again after I made it. Did it go into a new library?

While saving symbol remember the path where u have saved the symbol. Then click on Icon menu wizard>then click schematic > then ok. Then icon menue will be pop up. Then on right upper corner of the menu u will see add option. Click on it > then select component > name the component > browse image where u have saved symbol > insert block name . Then ok. Now ur symbol is in icon menu
