This kind of logic and historical accuracy has to have been throttled many times. Do you think “they” would want anyone to believe a lot of people think this is as amazing as it obviously is. No, this scares “them” ....

While the people of the United States enjoy the direct benefit of this acknowledged representation under natural law, all people everywhere can now see this truth made manifest beyond discussion in our pragmatic logistical reality. People everywhere can savor the concrete reality of that truth. All people are then represented. This is a gong who's sound reverberates thousands of years into the past and into the future. Onward patriots!

2:20-2:26 Dr. Arnn says "on the other hand, it [government] can't really do anything unless you say it can." Unfortunately, government has been running roughshod without the people's consent for at least since FDR'S first term, and a case could be made that leviathan crept into the Lincoln administration.

True. But only because enough people elected enough representatives to move toward the Union instead of Republic, the increasingly imperious government. Then these representatives allowed the bureaucratic government to take over functions of all 3 branches, and we still elected them instead of torches and pitchforks, tar and feathers. We outnumber them.

The middle part well explains the importance of why the civic process isn't readily alterable. When the overwhelming majority of people consent to what is the legitimate function of government, it prevents abuse of one simple majority adjusting the civic system to maintain power. Without clearly pinning the powers of government, the state itself is mob rule. Without such constraint, it's similar to a child who constantly changes the rules of a game so he never loses.

The federal government of the USA has five branches not the three that are claimed. Those equal and separate branches are legislative, executive, judicial, the states, and the people.

Am I the only one seeing an almost surreal parallel between the perceived nature of the Judeo/Christian diety and the initial design of the US government? The three parts, Holy Trinity, checks and balances, etc....
@rowanaforrest97922 жыл бұрын
It's not much of a parallel except for both having three parts. In the case of God the Trinity (three persons in one God), there is no need for "checks and balances" because God doesn't have internal conflicts. Human beings, especially governments, will always be imperfect and need checks and balances.
@ckoritko2 жыл бұрын
@@rowanaforrest9792 I don’t see the corporal manifestations of limitation upon the varying government branches as a hindrance to the omnipotent nature of God and more of a demonstration of the independent functions and relationship between the components within both entities; such as the Father being the figurehead and the Spirit providing guidance to humanity of His will. Perhaps it is just me though. Thank you for sharing your opinion!

Ahh yes. You're looking for the Car-X online course on Constitutional Law. Macho Man Randy Savage also had a great VHS course in the 90's--the production is very good, but it's difficult to find (it was even back then). People don't think of Macho Man as an intellectual, but he truly was a scholar when it came to the founding fathers.
