Sloppers are by far my biggest weakness. If they do a video on crimps too soon I am affraid I will "forget" to practice sloppers and fall back to training my beloved crimps. :)

私もスローパーが1番苦手です😭 壁に近づくというのは良く聞くけど、壁から離して腹に力を入れるというのと、肩甲骨を下げるというのは目からウロコでした。次のジム練習で意識してやってみます。 今はちょうど外岩の季節なんで、次回は是非外岩での意識する事や考え方を教えて頂きたいです。 毎回タメになる動画ありがとうございます。 宜しくお願い致します😆

These are incredibly helpful tips. The dropping the shoulder blades on a sloper made so much sense.

I would say my weakness is definitely crimps. If you could do a video on how to improve climbing crimps that would be greatly appreciated. おねがいします!

Wow tip 4 of getting your waist away from the wall before jumping despite it being the suboptimal way to hold slopers statically is 🤌🏼 so good 👏🏼👏🏼

スローパ―では 掴んだ後 次の動きが 難しいのですが 肩甲骨と 腹筋を 意識すること 特に 腹筋は 忘れていました。ありがとうございます。リクエストは めちゃくちゃあるのですが いちばんの悩みは 落ちるのが 怖くて 特に ボルダリングでプロジェクトに 臨む時は 体力は まだ あるのに 落ちる怖さで 精神的に 参ってしまう事です。どの様に 落ちる怖さに 対応したらいいのか いつか アドバイスお願いします。因みに 着地も余り好きでは ないので できるだけ クライミングダウンしています。

im from berlin and appreciate the pro tips very much! I didn't know how to jump properly from a sloper yet, i find this very hard sometimes. Jumping too close to the wall could also be dangerous and scary but this was a very good tip.

めちゃくちゃわかりやすい上に、余分な情報がなくて、ほんとに頭に入りやすいです!ありがとうございます! 自分はピンチが持てません😢カチも無理です!特に、保持はできても、そこからアクション起こそうとすると動けません。保持で精一杯。それでも頑張って引いたら手の筋肉痛めました😢教えてください‼️
