The entire court proceedings and allegations by the Applicant ( wife ) Is that: She and her child are on the road, homeless She has no assets or property She has no capacity to earn All her claims are as Criminal cases and family court application for xyz. 1. Dowry is prohibited 2. Wife can have illicit relationship, while in legal marriage. 3. Right to residence, should be till ex-wife re-marries, or is in a live in relationship. 4. When Father, is looked as a source of financial recovery, the custody of children can be awarded to Father and his parents. After all, the women is misusing the provisions of the law for her own personal selfish interests, not for the child.
