Great video, I have been busy with family so I haven’t fitted my premacon system in yet but will start doing so in a couple of weeks. I have to say that to ship a hydraulic system incapable of running this excavator properly is pretty disappointing. I will not buy anything LESU for some time. Especially with their hydraulic hardware. Looking forward to your next video

He Darrel, It looks like your getting some of the bugs worked out with the hydraulic system. I would like to get together some time and get the dimensions of that valve body so I can recreate it on my mill.

Hello Darrel First of all, best wishes! Question: why did you go in with 6mm hose to the block valves? You got not enough pressure with bigger diameter; for the return to the tank it's ok; try to put 4mm hose and i think you will get more pressure; i have recieved my Premacon block valves and it runs better than the stock one for sure! You will be happy with it 👌 Keep on the good job!

add more presure so its faster that will speed it up open the presure valve more for faster action

usually,Premacon hydraulic pump (1200ML/min) sound not that LOUD ,... may i know operating pressure (Bar)?

its got no presure oil has not gotten all the way to fill cylinder keep working it to get all air out thats ya problem air in lines takes a good wile too bleed air out

Really ashame such a expensive machine and lesu still cant get it right. I almost bought this excavator. But watched a couple other youtubers with same problems. So im not buying any hydraulic from them... Its really disappointing I feel for you.

Yeah it was very disappointing to spend 4000+ and its crap. And then they send a replacement and it still ain't right. So I'm already in to it for quite a bit so thats why I spent the 1100 for the premacon pump and block. 4 other subscribers are having the same issue with there replacement valve blocks. They also have to the premacon! I had been thinking of getting that dozer that lesu came out with but not now I'm not! I'll spend a little extra and the fumotec dozer!
