Hey guys, love the plugin! Quick question-actually more of a feature request. Is it possible to add a setting in the employee panel that allows admins to choose only the services an employee can provide, while still letting the employee manage those selected services? At the moment, we have to manually set each employee up with their custom prices and services, which can be time-consuming. It would be great if we could select the services they offer during the initial setup, and then they could manage only those services, rather than having access to all services. Thanks!

To be honest we are not quite sure what you want to achieve but employees already can manage their services if you enable them this permission in role settings. But employees can not create new services I am afraid this must be done by admin. Hello, recurring events, for now, need to be booked and paid individually, they can not be booked and paid all at once. But it is on our "to-do list" and it will be added sometimes in the future.

Hi, I have a question regarding the Amelia Employees Panel. Is it possible for only Amelia Managers to create, modify, or delete appointments and assign them to different users from the front-end, while allowing Amelia Employees to only view their own appointments? Currently, these actions can only be done from the WordPress admin panel, but I would prefer that only Amelia Managers have the ability to modify appointments from the front-end, and that Amelia Employees can only see their own bookings.

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, and no. The Emplyoee panel is for employees only so managers can not access it. The manager can manage Amelia only from the backend. Hi there, Amelia Employee user role doesn't have capabilities to create new customers; only Administrators and Amelia Managers can do that. If the customer doesn't exist, you can create the customer through Amelia/Customers, and then select that customer in Amelia/Appointments section, when creating a new appointment; but you can also create a new customer directly when creating a new appointment from the back-end. We don't have any gift cards in the plugin, so maybe you're referring to Coupons? Either way, you can't assign coupons to appointments from the back-end, they can only be applied from the booking form on the front-end.

This seems to be a stellar feature, however, couple of things that isn't clear: 1. Can employees create brand new Appointment Services from the frontend only using this (not connecting already existing customers), 2. Can employees set prices themselves from the frontend as well without admins help (coincides with question #1)?

If the "Configure their services" option on the Amelia/Settings/Roles settings/Employees page is enabled, employees will be able to set their own prices for different services. Hope this helps you. Hello Kane, Amelia doesn't yet have a membership feature, but it will be developed as a part of the Developer license (maybe even as part of the Pro license) in the future. Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, or Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users). You can also create custom logic, so a user can access this page once a month (for example), but we're not sure about that, since we don't work with Membership plugins. At the moment we can't give you more precise information because as we said we don't work with membership plugins

Can employees make up their own appointment type? What about set their own price for an appointment I set up? Can they change the hours for an appointment? Say, a massage, and they choose how many hours for the massage? Can customers and employees submit booking proposals with hours for the session and price? Can they offer counter proposals?

Be more professional, instead of handing over to the client the possibility of managing, the way it is done today in the back-end, in the front-end. I know that there is the possibility of exposing some features on the front-end, but they are never the same as what you expose on the back-end. Many customers complain about this.
