Hi I am using Amelia For my medical Clinets website but the issue I face is that ...once they complete the appointment process an auto redirect to their account is not enabled instead a login box appers in the short used.....for which they don't have the password set before ..? What can I do so that they get a account creation option and set password manually before checkout ..and after checkout they are into their dashboard and not the login credentials are asked

Hello! The new customer panel (wpamelia.com/front-end-customer-panel-2-0/) allows you to modify the labels, so when you access the Customize section, and edit the Customer Panel, under "Events", you will be able to change the label to whatever you need it to be. Kind regards!

Hi there, YOu can not add a custom field to that form, that is just for setting a password for the customer Panel. Custom fields can be used just for the booking form.

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out to us. Customers do not register for the panel directly; they can only gain access after booking an appointment. Once they have made a booking, their username will be the email address they used during the purchase, and they will create their password upon their first login attempt to the panel. Then as soon as custoemr books he will be creted as a customer. If you as admin are doig this instead of your customers and you do not want to use the backend you need to book from the incognito mode. Kind regards.

We have Amelia wordpress and have set up a webpage. We have set the working hours to Wednesday's only between 10am and 7pm. The public page for customers to book a time only shows Wednesday but it gives times ranging from midnight up to 10pm Why is the public facing booking page ignoring the start and finish times set by us as administrators. I've looked at so many youtube tutorials but none address this isssue. Please help !!!!

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out to us. You need to add a customer panel placeholder to your appointment-approved notifications And when they book for the first time and when they click on the link they will be redirected automatically to set the password and the user name will always be the mail that they used during the purchase. You need to do this also for customer panel access as well copy and add this %customer_panel_url% there and when they forgot password they will be able to reset it. This should help.

Hi, I am trying to create a site for yoga and fitness classes. How can I show all classes (services) in a monthly or weekly calendar view? IT seems to be very standard but I do not see it from Ameila. I see Amelia demo a catalog view of services with pictures. Also, can you create demo in my situtation? I can see we create services/classes with different employee/instructors. However, I do not see how I will use booking features. Can you create a demo based on my questions? Thank you. B.

Why does Amelia send new customers a link to create a wordpress login? I don't want them to have to create a login for anything, let alone Wordpress. I just want them to be sent a unique token where they can then go to the customer panel and manage their appointments. Please help :)

How my customer get password

There is an option on the Amelia/Settings/Roles settings called "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" - If this option is enabled every time a new customer makes an appointment they will automatically get a WordPress user with the Amelia Customer user role and email with login details from WP, and that WP user would be connected to the customer created in Amelia. If someone is already a WordPress user, and they book an appointment for the first time in Amelia while logged in to WP, the customer created in Amelia will be connected to that WP user and they will get the Amelia Customer role in WP (there are plugins for managing multiple roles in WordPress, such as User role editor). This way they will have the same login info for the Amelia customer panel and WordPress.

This video isn't helpful at all.. if you're going to make a tutorial at least explain how the customers are supposed to create a password or receive an email with a notification to access the panel without a password. I have disabled the option for customers to require a password but they still don't receive an email with the link!
