I love the title: Instead of losing yourself in experience,: "Let experience lose itself in You."

Yet another beautifully constructed compilation of Rupert’s brilliance and clarity! I especially loved the few moments of silence at the conclusion as a way of deepening our intuitive understanding. Thank you again Alan! Peace be with you. 🙏❤️

Wonderful! Just give praise and thanks for everything, the knowing, the unknown, for the good experiences and bad experiences and the inbetween. This snowballs into something beautiful and worth discovering! Let's not be too hard on ourselves.

Be stoned, in the moojo, invite trouble, bad memories, people, events situation all three good bad and in betwee (neutral) and let them go watch them coming and leaving often, experience not conceptulize ,pure existence love , dissolve everything into one.

Hey Alan, have always liked your videos. I saw your response to another post so thought of asking a question. In your own words how would you describe the stages of realization? Presently, I feel more like a “person” who is experiencing an ever expanding awareness. I assume at a stage awareness is known as who we are and then the person is seen as an activity of consciousness.
@stevenl.54902 жыл бұрын
I would say that the first step, if we can call it a step, is to see that you are awareness. Are you aware? If you are aware of these words, then you can be certain that you are aware. Notice that these words come and go, yet you that are aware, remain. Thoughts, sensations and perceptions come and go. The person comes and goes. Yet you remain aware before, during and after these appearances. Keep in mind that the "you" being referred to here is not a person, but that which is aware.
