Let Go - Grey Wing and Clear Sky MAP

I asked Spunkeii to re upload this map when all the drama happened and they finally gave it to me. I dont like bringing up old drama and stuff but i felt responsible for this map, as i was a co-host and i really didnt want all these parts to go to waste. I've had a little talk with Spunkeii and they've said they have gotten help for themselves and are doing better mentally. I've asked them for all the maps that they still have on their computer so I have the fruit baskets, forget it, king, mothflight and i of crowfeathers storm. idk if im gonna post them on my channel so if you want to post one of them to post to your own channel then dm me on twitter, deviantart or discord if you want it. Also, Spunkeii has said to me that they will not becoming back to the warriors fandom ever and that they dont want to. And i want to make it clear that Spunkeii did terrible things to people and i dont support or condone anything that Spunkeii did.
Also i drew my own thumnail for this map, partly because it on my channel and also because i was bored lol. If the winner of the thumbnail contest really want to have there thumbnail on the map then thats fine as well lol

It's really sad to me.. Gray Wing is the perfect cat. He loves everyone, he knows what's right, and he just wants everyone to be happy and healthy and loved. He loves Clear Sky even after all that's happened, he loved Slate and his kits even though he wasn't able to raise them, he loves Thunder like a son and his adopted kits of Turtle Tail's.. Gray Wing is probably the most loving and lovable cat in the entire Warriors franchise.

I know right?! I always felt so bad for him. He had so much loss and struggle with his Tribe, his siblings and mother, the cats he loved and basically every kit he came across. I remember how much i felt for him after the Battle and when he went away with River Ripple to his island. I just want this sweet boy to be happy darn it :(((

The ending of Path of Stars was so sad. Gray Wing finally got kits of his own and he couldn’t be there to watch them grow up (in person) And poor Slate, they just became mates and had kits and then Gray Wing died. Gray Wing should have been a leader, he deserves more recognition for everything he did for the clans.

After all these books and all this death, Gray Wing remains the only cat I’ve cried over. He loved much and was loved in return, but so many cats took him for granted and I felt he deserved more than they gave him. But he had a good life, I just wish he’d been able to see his lots grow up. He is the one that made me fall in love with Windclan and helped me realize just what was wrong with the clans. He was amazing and I absolutely fell in love with this kind hearted character almost instantly. He would very much want Clear Sky to be happy too, despite all the bad things that he did, so I could very much see him being concerned for his brother and looking out for him from the stars.

I normally dont get emotional with anything, but this map really reminded me of everything Clear Sky and Grey Wing had and they both lost and left behind. Grey Wing left si much behind but he ha always done what he thought was right and what would benefit others than what would benefit himself. Grey Wing was a kind, gentle minded cat and didnt deserve what happened to him. He will never be forgotten.

Everybody says Firestar was a legend. And its true. But everyone knows that when one story begins, another one needs to end. Trough the history of the clans, Gray Wing was forgotten. Even tho he was still in Starckan the entire time until he got reborn as Graystripe. He was a legend that had a painfull, cruel and slow death. He deserved better and will always be in our hearts.

I have a love hate relationship with Clearsky- I feel bad for him but it didn’t excuse his actions. Gray wing is one of my most favorite cats on the other hand, he made the decision to go after Jaggedpeak at the cost of losing the place he loved. He was level headed, and tried to calm everyone down and make the right decisions, and when the cats he loved left to go to another territory or love their own lives, he let them and was happy for them. But- like all beautiful, wonderful, amazing characters in the Warrior Cats franchise, he got a disease, athsma •_• to where he could no longer run as fast as he wanted to, it got worse and worse. He was a brave bean and he had to go save everybody by running, like Starflower for example. So it got worse, and the sad thing is, he lost Turtletail and had to bear the pain of still loving her while having Slate as a mate. Turtletail was another good character just trying to save her kits and she got killed, STUPID TOM!! Gray wing died when his kits were still young, not even 6 moons, which made me cry at his death, I was like, REEEEEEE NOO

i always loved gray wing. he never wanted to become leader, only serve his clan and be the best warrior he could be to serve them. having to patiently deal with clear sky, having to see his adopted kit (thunder) grow up and leave him, seeing his brothers and family drift and tear apart, and dealing with his breathing problems, yet he still made sure everyone was happy and well fed. this map is absolutely beutiful, love everything about it.

You have no idea how much I adore this MAP. I love how ClearSky sees GreyWing as both an extreme comfort and an issue. It shows the contrast in their relationship and ClearSky’s uncertainty in basically everything. He is always anxious and unsure, but GreyWing is the opposite. He envies and cares for his brother because GreyWing is such a spectacular character with amazing morals. He is very hard to dislike. ClearSky is shown as a “villain” too much in my opinion, this was a wonderful change of pace. Really loved everything. Favorite parts: 0:32 , 2:59 , 3:13

Oh gosh I’m going to get a lot of hate for this.... CLEAR SKY IS AN AWESOME CHARACTER! He is easily the most interesting character for me in that arc. I mean who steals his brother’s and his son’s girlfriend?! 😂 (I would love to see a spoof MAP about that btw.) Okay back to what I was saying. Everything Clear Sky does just makes you want to read more about him. He is like the only character I actually laughed about while reading the books. And felt any emotion to. I loved Clear Sky's arc, even though I love Gray Wing The brothers went through a lot together and went through falls, they had triumphs But through it all, he grows They grow. Clear Sky becomes leader of his own clan and learns from his mistakes. his problems came from the need to protect the cats around him, this came from Bright Streams death. His arc is one of misery, grief, triumphs, bravery and growth. Something you don't see often in Warrior characters. Gray Wing himself also went through something similar, the main thing about this whole series, Dawn of the clans, is about growth. You can figure this out from Clear Sky. Skystar really.
