Positive psychology, NLP tell us all to let go the negative thoughts, to let go the stories, to reframe the negative into positive.
This concepts are very valid and important in our growth, however when it comes to healing, we need the access to our emotions and sometimes we need the story to find the emotion in the body. Once you can focus on that emotion, you let go the story.
Healing and growth is not a bullet point strategy system, it is an art of discernment and intuition.
