The tough love reminds me of how in my teen years my younger brother would pick me up, plop me down next to him in front of the TV with the dog on my lap and hand me the game controller for a co-op marathon. He knew if he could get me out of my head long enough, I'd be able to pull myself out of the funk before it got too bad.

I've recently lost my dad who was a paramedic to suicide and last summer my sister died and she either committed suicide or was playing a dangerous game with prescription meds.. It was hard enough being left behind the first time, the second time was hell. I'm struggling because I miss them. On top of that dad's suicide led me to lose my 2 best friends because I was no longer worthy of their friendship, I was tainted. If you are struggling please ask for help. You are loved you deserve to be happy. If you have ever thought, the world or your loved ones will be better off without you. I can say for sure they will NOT. Some of the fallout is heartbreaking devastating and serious. Bad things have happened that wouldn't had dad been here.
