The Josh tells the Muslim missionary that Mohammed could not be a prophet of God because what Mohammed recited in the Quran about the Torah is different to what is written in the Torah. And that is the point. According to Judaism any future person who says something different about the Torah than what is recorded in the Torah cannot be a prophet of God. So according to Judaism Mohammed is a false prophet. And that is the point that Josh made.

And we read in Surah 3:3 that the Torah and the Gospel were revealed by God which makes then the Word of God as that is how God reveals. And in Surah 6:115 we read that none can change the Word of God. As you say that the Torah and the Gospel we have today are not what they were originally then logically they must have been changed. And that means that the Quran must be wrong. So tell me why do you follow a book that according to you must be wrong? Jesus is the Word of our Almighty God of the Bible which of course makes Jesus God. Have you not read the Bible that you are so ignorant that you do not know this? So please tell me why do you believe Mohammed was a prophet of our Almighty God of the Bible? And so remember that if Mohammed is not a prophet of our Almighty God then Islam collapses like a house of cards in the Wind.

To convert to Judaism you need to know all the practices of Judaism as well as the laws and obligations required. To become a Muslim you just need to say the shahada in front of two witnesses.
