Why when we record we have constant knocking sounds too many especially the end of the words and its so annoying. we have great tools but that's too problematic. I read and didn't find any solution.
@techsmith2 жыл бұрын
Do you have a link to a video with the sound for us to listen to? Without listening to your example, my first two guesses would include: • Do you have a pop filter on your microphone? Could it be 'plosives' making that noise from words? • Are you using a mic that is attaced to a desk where you are clicking a mouse/typing on a keyboard. That can often echo/knock on a mic.

Is there the possibility that I add an option to add effects to the texts? as: - lightning - outline - be able to put a color to the text and another color to the outline?
@techsmith Жыл бұрын
We currently don't have the option to add an outline to text, but we know it's something users have requested and would like to see. I'm not sure what you mean as far as adding lighting ⚡ to the text, but I'm guessing that's probably not something you'd be able to do without importing an asset (like lightning) that you've already acquired elsewhere.
@whindorix2737 Жыл бұрын
@@techsmith With lighting, I mean that you can put an effect on the text so that it shines, like when you put a shadow on it, only in this case it would be lighting.

@@whindorix2737 Ahh! I see now. You could add the Spotlight effect in the Visual Effects toolbar. That might accomplish something like what you're looking for.

In Camtasia's Visual Effects tab, you'll see "Corner Rounding" which is what Troy used. But that's just one of a few different ways that we show off in THIS video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fXqTnWONo5uFbq8

do you have any shortcut for selecting clip at playhead without using mouse. beacause everytime split clip then select clip then delete takes time.

Yes, there is a shortcut key for this. Check out this link. www.techsmith.com/learn/tutorials/camtasia/camtasia-shortcuts/

@@techsmithPlease read my comment properly, then reply. I have read all your shortcut pdf then I asked the question to you. If you have then directly answer why you are suggesting me pdf which I can get from google easily.
@techsmith2 жыл бұрын
@@TECHTHEMOTIUR If you're on Windows, then you can select the previous and the succeeding clips, but not the one you're currently on. Place your playhead before/after a clip (or split it), then use the shortcut "Alt"" or "Alt⬅" (depending which clip you wish to select) and then hit delete. If you're on a Mac (only), the above won't work, but you can go into your Settings (Preferences) and under the Timeline tab scroll down to "After a split" and change that option to more regularly select the clip you wish. I hope that helps. (Both of these options are in that PDF - if neither is going to do what you're asking, then the answer is probably that you cannot do it).

@techsmith2 жыл бұрын
@@TECHTHEMOTIUR I'm not sure I understand what you're asking, but I don't believe the mouse can do any shortcuts by itself on the timeline. Unless you right-click. Sorry if that's not what you meant.

Absolutely the people who work for Camtasia can do things and know things with and about Camtasia that I, myself can't do and don't know. However, that intro is VERY, VERY basic and really not all that great. That being said, BECAUSE of this, it's very simple and easy to make for a beginner. However, to anyone watching this video and reading this comment. This intro in the video is NOT that good of an example as far as what kind of intros you can make in Camtasia and is just a really bad example and representation of how much you can really this with my favorite video editing software of all time.
