I went to the hospital for a depression issue followed by weight gain ..they told me to take 1/2tsp of sugar in a day n less salt...no junks n one katori of rice with more veggies n protein followed by 30mins of walking.. especially no outside food..once in awhile is ok..no juice only full fruits..this helped me to loss nearly 14kgs in 5 months

Need muscles on the body to absorb excess sugar. Please lift weights. Without muscles, any food gets converted to sugar and keeps moving in the body

You cannot find prediabetic condition solely on c-peptide. there are different factors contributing to diabetic, maily being genetic and food intake. follow balanced diet and reduce carbs intake , increase fibers and protein. consult a doctor if you have any symptoms,..

Lifestyle Factors: While genetics play a big role, lifestyle factors such as diet, physical activity, and weight are crucial in the development of Type 2 diabetes. A family history combined with poor lifestyle choices increases the risk even more. Environmental factors and lifestyle choices also significantly impact the likelihood of developing the disease.
