I went to the hospital for a depression issue followed by weight gain ..they told me to take 1/2tsp of sugar in a day n less salt...no junks n one katori of rice with more veggies n protein followed by 30mins of walking.. especially no outside food..once in awhile is ok..no juice only full fruits..this helped me to loss nearly 14kgs in 5 months

You cannot find prediabetic condition solely on c-peptide. there are different factors contributing to diabetic, maily being genetic and food intake. follow balanced diet and reduce carbs intake , increase fibers and protein. consult a doctor if you have any symptoms,..
