Nah just keep drawing everyday man. Draw from reference, learn and study from other artists, figure out how you want to draw. Dont do this all at once lol, itll take years and years. And one day when youre older, with enough practice and some good art schools, youll be as amazing as him or more or just enough. Its up to you though :>

Thank you. I'm still learning in the animation part. There is no shortcut to everything. Everything started from manual application. You have all the control if you do it the hard way, in my case, that is. ;)

My professor thought us a basic animation when i was in college and its a nightmare, a 5 minute walking character is hard, the proportion the physics the distance the posture etc.lol

I agree with you! It looks so much more natural when you draw every image even if they are pretty much the same. But sometimes it is just easier to copy paste and skew an in-between 😅

Very nice! You know, you are the only artist ive seen that starts bodies with a long triangle shape then add the torso on top. Its so different yet effective. Always nice to see your work. This was so smooth and fluid!

Aparently it takes an entire year to do one episode of family guy. They work on them back to back which is why they are produced so frequently. At first I thought this was ludicrous but after watching a few of this dudes animations I'm slowly starting to realise why.

This is exactly why using 3D models that render into flat cartoons is way better. You can animate the same object with the same lighting and shading without having to draw it all each time.

I enjoyed it, I enjoyed it, I enjoyed it! his is the most detailed I have seen. A REAL form of Modern Art. There are sick modern artist, as if they know art. This kind is repected by classical artist because we can see form, life, color and movement, even if it is just a comic piece respect is there. Very inspiring!!!

I've tried using Krita, and my only complaint on it's animation tools is that there is no visual display for sound. but thats it, other than that, its a free alternative to tv paint

to guys arguing about Krita having or not having features: Krita is an ongoing open source project, it didn't have a lot of features not so long ago, and it will have more of them and improved soon enough, you can support the project yourself. and it will not die. in open source world the worst thing that can happen is a change of name, or daily improvements. Look at Blender. Before I sneezed it was at 3.0 version, now its 3.2... Once you install the newest version there is a newer one already.

Also , there is a faster way of flatting in krita now, using colorize mask , its incredibly efficient , kinda brings my coloring step to half the time.

Honestly, it is boring as it seems. But if you love your work, you can have bunch of patience around you. You can always take a break. You don't have to do 10 second of animation in one sitting. :)
