Michele van Essen You’re welcome! I’m so glad that you found this really helpful! Building a capsule wardrobe can seem really overwhelming but it doesn’t need to be. I’ve found that for a lot of people they already have a capsule wardrobe just hidden in all of the clutter. By doing this, you can start to build a capsule and understand your style without the stress of throwing away all of your things. From there you can begin to get rid of the pieces you don’t love and wear. Good luck and let me know how it goes!

I think this is my favorite video on this topic of all I have watched so far on KZbin. So practical! I feel like I could do it in my own bedroom/closet as a watch. I would love to see a follow-up with your neighbor, and see what other pieces she adds, and the total # of pieces she winds up with. Also, could you do capsule wardrobes with different styles? I haven’t found anyone who has a romantic, feminine, style, with floral prints or lace. I will be heading to Pinterest to search for that.

I love capsule wardrobe videos, and this one was awesome! Everything looks so effortless and cool! I wish you could help me build one- I have literally thousands of pieces but am trying to at least make it fit into one closet with stuff I’ll wear daily... the only thing with these videos is the colour palette is usually similar- neutrals with a pop of colour. Even in the winter season I only wear pastels and mostly pink! Lol
