I had that same can on my bb 600 swapped 98 xcr 440. Pretty much straight piped, loud asf. I think the oem cans on these had the perfect sound

Great video man, any way I could ask you a few questions? My 99 xc500 water impeller/oil pump. The impeller spins. Have you seen this before? Should I just replace the impeller?

Can u show a video on how to fill em with coolant and a video on how to start it up with the oil do u zip tie it and start it and then how long do u leave the zip tie o before u cut it off I jst rebuilt my 550 fan idk the oil is in the lines but there a small pocket of air I might jst run it my needle and seat were stuck so ima start it today I got them clean and new metal pull rope guide on so no more cutting threw the plastic 😊

Dang u got a billet too I didn’t know u used a rivet I drilled my out earlier today and bolted it with a huge bolt lol either way it’ll work I needed to add spaces so it didn’t hit the gas tank either way I jst started using Rivets so didn’t think about that 😅mines a 04 they they have no guide jst that stupid plastic thing where the rope goes at the top shroud with the key and choke cable

U probally know but u can just turn the belt by hand it takes 3 secounds and it’ll be abck or u can do wht u did and not worry till it fires

What oil ur using in it? I used polaris blue synthetic blend n seems bad. Waiting for ves for 2000 rmk 700

Used to run amsoil, but the prices have gone through the roof. Ran mystik last season.

Yes, the liberty but blocks were based on WC engines. That’s why we can build 900, 1050 & 1200 cc triples using sled parts on WC cases!
