yess, google calendar is super helpful when it comes to staying on schedule esp since it can be synced to your devices. i even schedule social plans, phone calls etc. with friends/fam so i don't miss anything

Hallo Anna! Ich ernähre mich seit 3,5 Jahren vegan und es war die beste Entscheidung die ich gesundheitlich machen konnte. Ich bin seitdem gar nicht mehr krank gewesen und bin so viel fitter, ausgewogener und glücklicher! Heutzutage ist es so easy sich vegan zu ernähren, weil es für alles Ersatz gibt. Außerdem esse ich viel mehr Gemüse und Hülsenfrüchte dadurch. Durch die Umstellung habe ich so tolle, neue Gerichte entdeckt. Meinem Hormonhaushalt geht es auch prächtig, ich hatte früher mit unregelmäßigen Zyklen zu kämpfen und seit der Umstellung auf die vegane Ernährung: pünktlich wie ein Uhrwerk, jeden Monat 😁❤️mag deine Videos sehr, weiter so 😍🥰
