We're onto a new community lot today, Skywalk Square will have a modern cafe, a photography studio with gallery and a small urban park. We start on the cafe exterior today, I'll be back tomorrow with more!

You could create a raised platform out the back, sort of like a catwalk, with a formal garden around it. Great for photoshoots.

I'm always such a fan of putting up those wall murals that sims can paint on from city living for blank walls on the outside of community lots. It makes it look like more of a true community space while being an extra activity for sims to do!

Woohoo just back from my day out in time to catch a new video!🎉 One of the penthouses (if you can change the lot type) would be a cool modern sky high park. Maybe for the financial district there could be a bonnie n Clyde couple with the surname Goode or a Mr Burns type character basically just a mean rich old man? Also I'd love to see a blended family with 2 dad's

1) In the font on the secound level balcony; maybe get rid of the middle table and divide it with a flower bed or like a plant bed. 2) On the back not too sure however it would be nice to see a little water fountin somewhere. 3) Anyway you do it, its going to be amazing because your so talented! Loves it! This is my kind of place. Out the back? maybe some outdoor lounges with a fire pit or the fire coffee tables. Would be nice in the evenings with that view. Upstairs you could put a bar.

It's just a whole vibe ❤ think about the cafes target audience, if you think it's somewhere kids and tots etc. Would go why not have a small play area at the back? Also if you're having a lil alley way between it and photo studio you could have it fenced with dumpsters/staff entrance there?

I know you've said before that you don't like symmetry, but this cafe seems to be. I would suggest using the same lights on the balcony, the hanging plant on the middle column, and the signage on the right. Even if you don't, it's still a beautiful start and looks just like the inspiration.
