It would be cute if you add a club for all the old people in this world, and the room for bingo nights in the church is their club room with its own door from the get-together pack ✨

The Durrells is the best! My nana and I would love watching it together. I’d call her ‘Mrs Durrells’ and I was her ‘Margot’. Sadly she’s since passed away but it reminds me of great memories with her ❤️

What a treat seeing Lord Cromwell just show up in the middle of the day. Cheeky. 😮 I saw that, The Durrells. Binge watched the crap out of that. Awesome show. I almost wish I never saw it so I could see it fresh again. Last night I rewatched The Imitation Game and cried and cried.

The arches on the coffin like items are more likely for pets because on one side of the coffin there's a cat and a dog pictured I believe. I could possibly be wrong.

Maybe for the fresh grave you could build a basement room, remove the ceiling, lift the platform, use the dirt flooring and wallpaper, and sit a coffin from vampires down so it could look like he was just set down for a funeral.
@Larissa1740pringiers4 ай бұрын
Pretty sure those big stone coffins/sarcophagi things are actually crypt entrances. I think that arch-bit is supposed to go over a set of stairs leading down into a large, subterranean vault / crypt. Maybe I'm wrong

i hope you make this lot into a comunity lot where people can come and build up skills so add alot of crafting ithems in the cellar and an organ inside the curch. also a baking stand for sims to sell baked goods would also be a good idea

I don’t spend that much time in cemeteries, but it’s fascinating to see that even in that matter, there are cultural differences. I’ve never seen fenced in tombstones with rocks on top here in Canada. Might be because I haven’t been in any high class cemeteries, but I’ve just never seen that. 🤷🏻♀️

Aden mentioning demonitization for, uh... herbs, reminds me of some of Gray skirting KZbin's censors in his Sims videos. "Now understand, KZbin-- this isn't narcotics; this is, uh... *baking powder.* Florida Man's about to make a delicious chocolate cake." 😀
@judithmelvin73924 ай бұрын
I could be mistaken, but I think the arch in the "tomb" is a pet entrance. If the object came with the pet expansion, then that would make sense. On the fresh grave, could you raise the terrain just a little to make it look like it's just been filled in?

maybe something like a little sign or plaque could be nice for the soldier graves. U know, with little bit of information about the war or a collection of the soldiers` names
@hollymari14304 ай бұрын
You could size down and put “trinkets” or flowers in front of the graves, that shows maybe family members/ generations down (for older graves) have visited and left it for those that are departed. We do it for our family members that have passed

I noticed that you mentioned graves that use to have the bars over the graves and you said it was for people to stop robbing the grave. This was a Victorian tradition in which because not much was known about medicine at the time, they also feared the dead coming back to life. Also reasons that a system with a bell at a grave side with a rope or string down into the coffin was in practice just in case you were buried alive..... (BTW - Love your builds)

Okay, hear me out… What about a psychic sim who’s bit of an outsider, people think she/he is a bit weird but lady Hilary Found her and wanted to know her husband was safe and happy but her family think she’s just in mourning?? They Could also welcome any future deaths in the village.. Maybe this psychic tries and helps the investigation as well?? Just an idea, but loving the story and build so far x

Maybe add the rival of the Cromwell family with another Noble family called the McConnell family which is having a family feud for centuries for lands and during the medieval age they went to war each other add to the drama one of the Cromwell sons is in a romantic relationship with the McConnell's daughter like a Romeo and Juliet
